About Us

I first started agility in 2018 when I was living in Florida and looking for something to do with my dogs. I come from a horse background but didn’t take my horse overseas with me, and so agility seemed like a good substitute. I very quickly fell in love with dog training and agility.  After moving back to Australia, I joined a local club in Townsville in 2019 and began competing with my toy poodles, Cricket and Pixie.

Sadly, I had to retire Pixie very early in her career, but Cricket—somewhat begrudgingly at first—became my little agility dog. Over time, Cricket grew to love the sport and has achieved more than I ever thought possible. More importantly, she has taught me so much along the way.

In 2020, I purchased Lacie from the most wonderful toy poodle breeder in Queensland, and Lacie has been absolutely everything I dreamed of in my next agility dog. Lacie is the sweetest dog, absolutely toy mad, and just tries her little heart out in all that she does. Lacie has proven that the little 200 dogs can keep up with the big dogs, and I am incredibly proud of my little pocket rocket.

We had a very successful year in 2025, winning every state title she was eligible for across NSW, QLD, and VIC—but more than any results, I’m most proud of the team we have become.  I’m excited to see what 2026 has to offer, but most of all, I’m just grateful to spend time with my dogs competing in a sport that we all love 🖤

Working as an emergency vet has taught me just how precious our time with our dogs is, and I never take that for-granted.  I’m also very conscious of the wear and tear agility places on their bodies, and I have used Antinol for many years. I am privileged to be an Antinol Athlete, and truly believe this wonderful product is crucial in allowing my little athletes to perform at their peak.
