  • How do I get the free Light-up Collar?

    Choose your Antinol® amount to add to your cart. We recommend the Starter Packs for any new customers.

    A pop-up will instantly appear so that you can pick your dog’s collar size. If you are eligible for more than one free collar, the pop-up will appear again. Make sure you select your collar size for the amount of times you are entitled e.g. 2x collars for 1x 90 pack of Antinol® Plus which means the pop-up will appear twice.

    Check your cart to ensure you have the right amount + size of free collars and checkout!

  • How many free collars can I get?

    It depends on the amount of Antinol® Plus you have chosen.

  • What size should I get for my dog?

    Refer to the collar sizing chart HERE. The best way to determine the size of the collar that best suits your dog is to use a tape measure around their neck. Just note that the collars are easily adjustable. Contact us at info@antinol.com.au if you need help!

  • Is the collar adjustable?

    Yes! Use the adjustor on the Light-up Collar to either loosen or tighten it. The sizes are quite flexible.

  • Can I get free collars when I subscribe?

  • Is this offer available for cat products?

    Unfortunately not, these collars have been sized to comfortably fit dogs, but don’t worry cat owners, we have something special coming for you soon!

  • How do I use my collar and what is the safety information?

    Please refer to all instructions and safety information downloadable HERE. This will also be emailed to you after you purchase and is available on the packaging of your Light-up Collar.

  • How does Antinol® benefit my dog?

  • How do I charge the Light-up Collar?

    Insert the supplied USB cable into the charging port on the side of the Power/Mode button. Plug into a power source such as a standard USB adaptor, computer or power bank.

    Charge the collar for 1 hour and it should last for 6-8 hours.

  • What type of battery is in the Light-up Collar?

    1x Lithium polymer 3.7V.
